Youth-Work Facilitation Training:
Empowering Change through Motivational Interviewing

Program Overview

Working with at-risk and vulnerable youths can be both challenging and transformative. At InPsychful, we’ve revamped our youth-work facilitation training to incorporate Motivational Interviewing (MI) as the core approach. This evidence-based method equips participants with the skills to foster meaningful, collaborative conversations that empower youths to take ownership of their growth and make positive changes.

Our program is designed for teachers, youth workers, social workers, parents, university students, and anyone passionate about making a difference in young people’s lives. Delivered over one or two days, this training builds critical youth engagement and facilitation capabilities grounded in theory, practical tools, and experiential learning.
