We have formulated clear and concise, tools to enhance the facilitation skills of social service and education professionals. All of our courses are taught in a safe and non-judgmental learning environment by trained facilitators from the social service and educational profession.
The three levels of training are designed to meet the needs and growth of our participants. Our level one is an introductory workshop based on learning the fundamentals of facilitation. At this stage, participants will be introduced to Motional Interviewing and other theories and skills to gain insights on how to facilitated conversations.
Level two is a training course to refine their facilitation skills. At level three participants learn to develop their own evidence-based programmes that is age-appropriate and purposeful for their own clients.
